A playful workshop using clowning games and embodied exercises to explore presence, vulnerability, and healing.
Clown Therapy is a workshop exploring the healing potential of clowning through games, exercises, embodied play, and guided reflection.
Participants will explore the idea of the “clown body”—a softer, more present way of being that listens to impulses, welcomes vulnerability, and responds to what’s happening in the moment. No performance experience is needed. Just bring curiosity and a willingness to play.
