Chicago Laughter Yoga

This event is open to anyone looking to unwind, release stress and embrace laughter for health and positivity. Laughter Yoga promotes laughter as a form of exercise along with deep breathing techniques based on yoga. Laughter Yoga focuses on our willingness to laugh for no reason other than to enjoy ourselves! No experience necessary.

For adults, teens and kids 3 years and up.

How to Attend This program will take place in the Logan Square branch library reading garden, weather permitting. Registration is requested. Register by the start of the event.

Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL.
