Following the Certificate II, this is your next step in the qualification pathway toward independent Auslan communication.
The Certificate III in Auslan will give you the skills and knowledge to communicate in Auslan as an independent user of the language. You will learn to communicate with deaf people with some confidence on familiar, routine and some non-routine matters.
You will learn to identify the principal characteristics of Auslan signs and generally describe cultural and historical trends and issues in the Deaf Community.
