Beginner's Sourdough Workshop

A foundational, hands-on class designed for brand-new bakers or those wanting a solid understanding of the sourdough process.

Offered at Bloomingdale Regional Public Library. Suitable for adults and beginners; participants will learn starter maintenance, dough building, fermentation basics, shaping and scoring, and baking techniques. Ingredients and basic equipment provided or advised by the instructor.
