Art and Soul

Discover the creative and reflective practice of SoulCollage® in this introductory workshop facilitated by Mary Lynn Delfino. Using found images, intuition, and simple collage techniques, participants will create personalized cards to explore memories, emotions, relationships, and inner wisdom.

No artistic experience necessary – just curiosity and a willing mind. Through guided prompts and reflection, you'll tap into your imagination, gain insights, and enjoy a relaxing, purposeful afternoon at the library.

All needed supplies will be provided. Please feel free to bring any old magazines, photographs, pictorial books, etc. for your own SoulCollage® work or to share with others.
