Norah and Helder combine their expertise in yoga and dance with inner breathwork (prana) to offer you an experience full of surprises. Through their holistic approach, they have designed a rich, carefully crafted evening centered on movement and various yogic techniques. Norah, a passionate dancer and choreographer, uses movement as a means of expression and liberation, encouraging everyone to explore their creativity through guided and intuitive dance. Helder, with his extensive experience as a yoga teacher, seamlessly integrates the practice and philosophy of yoga into the session.
A program that goes beyond physical exercises to nourish your inner life. A sensory and emotional exploration, but also—and above all—group work in a caring, playful, and stimulating environment. Participants are encouraged to let go of their inhibitions and embrace the unknown.
