Local TEDxYouth event about agility, skills and adapting careers in the age of AI
We are currently living through a period where the old rules of stability have evaporated, leaving many people feeling paralyzed by the speed of AI and global competition. In an era like this, the shelf life of traditional skills has shortened, survival no longer belongs to those who try to stand still, but to those who embrace a mindset of continuous evolution.
By sharing this perspective now, the narrative is shifted from one of fearful survival to one of active mastery. The community needs to hear that agility is the new security; it empowers them to stop viewing change as a threat to be weathered and start seeing it as the very vehicle they can use to accelerate their careers and personal growth.
