Reading and STEAM
Weekly hands-on STEAM sessions for newcomer families to build reading and problem-solving skills together
In partnership with SWIS workers from Richmond School District, the library invites newcomer families with school-age children to Reading and STEAM.
STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Together, newcomer families will strengthen reading and communication skills through collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity. Join us for a hands-on program where we explore all avenues of STEAM. A parent or caregiver must attend with their child(ren).
Please email [email protected] for more information and to register for this program.
