Parenting Big Emotions

Presenter Esther Monaghan, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Pure Health Center , will discuss practical ways parents or caretakers can support their children as they transition into the school year. This presentation will focus on fostering emotional regulation and flexible thinking skills to help children navigate change, build resilience, and adapt with confidence.

A craft for children led by children's librarian Miss Beronica will also be available in the room for the children of those attending the presentation.
