My Colorful Emotions Workshop

Ages 5 to 10 with adult.

Explore your feelings and learn calm down tools through art, music and games!

This workshop is designed to help children explore, express and regulate their emotions. Children will create their own emotions wheel art project and will practice calming strategies to help them manage big emotions.

Presented by a certified Creative Arts Therapist and Kids Coach.
