Weekly one-hour mindful break with movement, breathwork, visualization and discussion led by Elise Foss
Join us for a mindful break to reset your day. Each session includes 15 minutes of mindful movement, 15 minutes of breathing exercises, 15 minutes of visualization meditation, and 15 minutes of discussion. Presented by Mather and led by Elise Foss (MS, GLCMA, HC, Holistic Trainer, Health Coach, Dance Instructor).
