Mending Workshop

Want to start sewing and mending your own clothes, but don't know where to start? Learn basic mending techniques for clothing and textiles at this hands-on workshop. Volunteers will teach you how to attach a button, sew a patch, and fix other small issues. The session includes instruction followed by practice time with volunteer support.

All supplies are provided; feel free to bring your own items to mend and any supplies you prefer. Scrap material for patches and basic sewing supplies will also be available.

No registration required. This program is for ages 9 and up.
