Healthy snacking doesn't have to be a hassle! Professional chef and educator Ellen Nylen will teach kids an easy recipe for delicious and nutritious smoothies.
There will be two options available: blueberry mango (yogurt-based) and strawberry banana (dairy-free). A full list of ingredients will also be available.
