One-hour community course on home canning basics from OSU Extension covering pickles jams preserves and freezing
Has your home garden produced more fruits and veggies than you can eat? Interested in learning about ways to extend the life of produce? This course will concentrate on home canning basics from the OSU Extension Family and Consumer Sciences program. Reliable sources of information for canning, freezing, pickles, jams, and preserves will be presented.
