A 45-minute beginner-friendly guided sound bath with breathwork and crystal bowls to promote deep relaxation
This 45-minute guided session is designed to help participants relax, reduce stress, and reconnect with stillness through breathwork and immersive sound. No prior experience with meditation or sound baths is needed.
The session is beginner-friendly, quiet, low-impact, and intended to be welcoming and accessible for adults of all backgrounds.
The experience includes:
• A gentle arrival period to settle in comfortably
• Guided breathwork to encourage relaxation
• An immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls and chimes
• A quiet integration period at the end to ease back into the space
Please bring your own yoga mat, one blanket, one pillow, and bottled water.
