South London indie rock six‑piece mixing pastoral folk, punk and soul live at Norwich Arts Centre
Gently Tender are a South London six-piece band formed from the ashes of Palma Violets. Sam Fryer, Pete Mayhew and Will Doyle are now joined by Francesca Brierley, Adam Brown and Evie Hilyer‑Ziegler.
Their sound is inspired by the British countryside — an indie rock band with lush harmonies and pastoral melodies, touching on folk, punk and soul. Having released a critically acclaimed debut album produced by Matthew E White in 2022, they’re launching new music in spring 2026.
