The Encontros da imagem photography festival, held in Braga, is a leading national and international visual arts event. It features Portuguese and international artists and shows works across historical, documentary and conceptual photography.
Exhibitions are coordinated by the Museum of the Image and take place in several venues across the city, including Casa dos Crivos, the Castle Keep, the Biscainhos Museum and the Monastery of Tibães.
