Free weekly 1:1 tech-help sessions at Glebe Library (max 25 minutes) — booking recommended
Join us weekly in the libraries for free one-on-one sessions with library team. Sessions run for a maximum of 25 minutes.
Bookings are recommended as places are limited. Bring your own device (smartphone / iPad / tablet / laptop) or use one of the library computers.

Library team members will assist with basic support with library technology, library databases and apps, and as detailed by the Australian Government’s Office of eSafety’s Be Connected program including basic device use, basic app/software program use, basic internet searching, basic email assistance, basic online safety, basic online forms and how to use Be Connected website and access the free online courses.
Our team members are unable to assist customers with more in-depth issues including job applications, online training courses, school or university course work, intermediate or advanced-level training, buying and selling online, building websites, banking finance and legal documents.
