Electronic club night exploring the darker soft club era, fundraising for trans incarcerated people and Living Languages
This night aims to showcase the darker, more eerie side of electronic music and new media installation through our interpretation of the soft club era as when technology started taking form in physical spaces. The contrast between those times, and the digitally saturated world we live in today, creates an intriguing atmosphere as we experience first-hand something usually only seen through online archives.
This event is fundraising for the @incarceratedtgdfund, providing payments for trans and gender diverse individuals in prison across Australia. We are also fundraising for the Living Languages organisation, who support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who are working to maintain, revitalise and reclaim their languages (livinglanguages.org.au).
