Since making his debut in 2017 at the age of 14, Australian pop prodigy Ruel has amassed over 3 billion global streams, headlined several sold-out world tours, collected multiple platinum and gold singles, and earned a string of “the youngest artist to ever…” achievements. With platinum records and awards from the RIAA, ARIA and MTV, as well as taking home First Prize at the 2025 Vanda & Young Global Songwriting Competition, his resume is nothing short of astonishing.

Now 23, Ruel’s global career, audience, and list of industry accolades continue to grow at an unprecedented rate, propelling him into the position of one of the most influential artists of his generation. Following the major success of four EPs and his mammoth 2023 debut album 4TH WALL, the October 2025 release of his sophomore album Kicking My Feet turned the music industry on its head. The project features an all-star cast of collaborators, including Julian Bunetta, John Ryan, Kenny Beats, M-Phazes, Dan Wilson, and Leroy Clampit. These heavyweight creatives add to his already stand-out selection of past releases alongside contemporaries like Omar Apollo, Grent Perez, Denzel Curry, Lime Cordiale, and SG Lewis.

Hot on the heels of his highly anticipated second album, Ruel kicked off 2026 with a whirlwind Kicking My Feet North American tour. Over two epic months, the tour touched down in new territories and revisited fan-favorite cities. Midway through the run, Ruel headed south to perform at the LATAM Lollapalooza festivals, squeezing in fan-frenzied pop-up events along the way. It was during this trip that Ruel delivered a massive surprise. In front of thousands of fans right in the middle of his Argentinian Lollapalooza set, he announced that Kicking My Feet was actually only Part One of a double-album project. The direct follow-up, Kicking My Feet & Screaming is officially slated for release on June 12, 2026.

The brand new 10-track release promises a bold sonic shift, featuring the breakout single “Don’t Say That,” produced by Joel Little, and the new anthem “Hate Myself,” produced by Kenny Beats.
