Ephemera

Rebecca Wing is a saxophonist, vocalist, and composer based in London. Since graduating from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, she has woven together her other musical inspirations with jazz, establishing her sound in the improvisational, ethereal, electronic world. Since Rebecca's debut album "HERITAGE" was released in Spring 2026 she has continued to write, collaborate and record within her various projects including her band with Vato Klemera, Ephemera.

Ephemera is a project exploring free-flowing songwriting on themes of childhood memories and philosophical musings. Bridging ethereal jazz improvisation with granular and tape-emulated looping, the project attends to the ephemerality of tape as a musical focus, and metaphor for reminiscing. They adapt and explore new electronic sounds alongside reflective spoken word and lyrics. Recently recording in Summer, Ephemera will be releasing their first live EP in the autumn.
