THE FLOAT EXPERIENCE 4:00 PM | ARRIVE & INDULGE Your experience begins with a red carpet poolside arrival . Your FLOAT wristband includes access to a glass of Champagne on arrival, allowing you to sip, settle in and soak up the atmosphere as the afternoon unfolds. Connect with friends. Meet like-minded people. Enjoy the surroundings. Or simply take a moment for yourself.

4:30 PM | ENTER THE WATER It's time to FLOAT. You'll be invited to settle into your own luxury floating bed , complete with a cosy blanket and eye mask. Feel the water beneath you. Feel your body become weightless. Take a breath. And let everything else begin to fall away.

5:00 PM | HIMALAYAN BREATH & IMMERSIVE SOUND Your journey begins with gentle guided Himalayan Breathwork , designed to settle the body, quiet the mind and prepare you for deep relaxation. Then the sound begins. Surrounded by water, you'll be immersed in the resonance of handcrafted Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, didgeridoo and other traditional instruments .

This is sound you don't just hear. You begin to merge with it. You may find yourself listening to the ocean. Whales. Dolphins. The sounds of the natural world. Without noticing, you're transported to an entire different world. Sounds appear. Disappear. Move around you. And for one beautiful hour, there is nowhere else you need to be.

6:00 PM | STAY, DINE & CONNECT The experience doesn't have to end when the sound does. Stay and enjoy the hotel surroundings. Enjoy another drink. Watch the sunset. Then take yourself to level 3 or room 81 for a meal. This time is for you. Make an evening of it.

YOUR FACILITATORS ALEX | SOUND Alex brings more than seven years of experience delivering immersive sound experiences across the Gold Coast and has spent years studying under highly respected Tibetan monks and Nepalese sound healers.

His collection of singing bowls, gongs and sacred instruments has been carefully sourced from Tibet, Nepal and India , with many handcrafted using traditional methods passed down through generations.

Each instrument is intentionally selected for its resonance, depth and quality, allowing Alex to create powerful sound journeys rooted in ancient Himalayan…
