Cinewyre

CineWyre Film Festival returns to Fleetwood’s iconic Marine Hall for its second year from March 12th–14th 2027, once again taking audiences across the Wyre to the heart of the story.

Across a streamlined three‑day schedule, CineWyre brings its trademark mix of short and feature films across four distinct genres, alongside the eye‑opening Foot in the Door workshops, giving emerging filmmakers the chance to learn directly from industry professionals.

Audiences can expect family‑friendly cinema, gripping documentaries from local filmmakers and global storytellers, a daring late‑night blend of horror and thriller, and - brand new for 2027 - a full celebration of Science Fiction. The festival also showcases standout international short films in its showpiece Cine‑International selection.
