Yorkville Seniors E-Connect
One-on-one tech help pairing older adults with teen volunteers at Yorkville Library to learn smartphones, email and basic computer skills
Seniors E-Connect matches older adults with a teen volunteer to provide one-on-one tech help under the guidance of library staff. Learn the basics of using laptops, phones and tablets and topics such as messaging, attaching files, and email. Get individual support in a welcoming and friendly environment.
We do not provide help with printers or other printing devices.
If you're a teen between 13 and 17 and would like to volunteer, visit the Seniors E-Connect Volunteering page or contact the branch.
