These classes are a space to pause, reconnect, and reset - without forcing your body into shapes that don’t serve you.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Through my SHAPE Method, you’ll learn to practice with clarity, awareness, and intention - not on autopilot.
Each class follows a supportive structure:
S - Start - set an intention for your practice
H - Honesty - a guided body scan to notice where you are today
A - Aim - understanding the focus of the class and how it supports your long-term well-being
P - Practice - a thoughtfully designed yoga sequence, adaptable to your body
E - Evolution - guided meditation and deep relaxation, noticing the shift from start to finish
You’ll learn why you do certain postures, how to adapt them, and - most importantly - how to truly hear your bodymind through movement, mindfulness, and meditation.
