Join author and literary agent Sarah Bullen founder of The Writing Room for an immersive writing retreat in the picturesque South of France. Write your story, refine your manuscript, and develop a deeper understanding of structure, character, and the writing process, gathering inspiration from the rich history and atmosphere.
This is a quiet retreat. Yes, we will go on walks, take trips to the local markets, and spend a day in the Medieval town of Carcassonne, but this is really a quiet immersion with a week of writing.
We will have craft sessions in the morning and cover topics on how to refine your manuscript, and develop a deeper understanding of structure, character, and the writing process, - along with inspiration from the rich history and atmosphere.
We stay at a historic domaine outside Montréal in the Aude region, France - that's close to Carcassonne or Toulouse.
