Winter Lanterns

Step into a sparkling winter wonderland and create your very own glowing lantern! In this imaginative mixed media workshop, young artists will layer acetate, tissue paper and hand-drawn designs to build a magical scene. Think twinkling stars, frosty skies, skating figures and softly falling snow.

As the light shines through, your winter story will come alive, transforming your artwork into a beautifully illuminated lantern to take home and display. Once you have mastered the techniques you can create more lanterns at home to continue your winter story.

All materials supplied including battery candle.
