Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Info Session
Free info session on the 8-week WRAP mental health program; weekly Monday groups Aug 10–Oct 5 with certificate on completion
WRAP is for anyone looking to strengthen their well-being—whether you’re supporting your mental health, managing stress, or simply wanting to feel more balanced and resilient in daily life. Participants will receive a WRAP certificate upon program completion.
In an 8-week WRAP group, individuals explore:
• self-care tools like peer connections, relaxation and mindfulness techniques, stress reduction strategies, and more • resources for keeping well and feeling better in difficult times.

This WRAP Group meets every Monday, once a week for 8 weeks, August 10–October 5, 2026, 5–8 pm. Note: Library closed for statutory holiday on September 7.
Registration closes after week 3, or when full.
TTC Presto tickets will be provided. Snacks and refreshments are provided for all participants. Ingredient lists will be available at the program.
