WelcomeCLT: Just1Call (J1C)

Come meet staff from Just1Call (J1C) as they share the resources available in Mecklenburg County. Just1Call is the single portal of entry for information, referral, and initiation of services. The J1C process begins by calling 704-432-1111 with an inquiry from a prospective client, family member, a member of the community, or an agency. Highly skilled intake social workers screen and assess urgent complex requests for assistance via telephone, office, fax, or email and help the client access needed resources.

WelcomeCLT (WelcomeCLT.org) is a collaborative effort to provide programs and services that appeal to new residents and members of our community from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

This program will take place indoors at the Independence Regional Library at a table in the Library Lobby.
