Let us take you on a musical journey through the Arab and SWANA region. Join us and enjoy a variety of music you grew up with. Or feel inspired by music you hear for the first time!

Marsm’s Open Mic editions each host around five acts with 1-2 pre-prepared songs to perform for the audience, accompanied by the night’s wonderful core band. These songs could be anything from Tarab to Pop – as long as they fit the theme of music and languages from the region, anything goes! At the end of the night, any audience member that feels inspired to perform is invited to come on stage.

Whilst we always try our best to give everyone the chance to come up on the stage, kindly keep in mind that this is dependent on the amount of time left on the night, the number of people signing up, and whether you have performed at one of our events before.
