This class, Wisdom of Water Plants and Prayer ~ part 1, focuses on the energy component of the work offered at the Abdominal Therapy Collective, traditionally known as Spiritual Bathing and is open to anyone who is interested in discovering a simple yet effective technique to clear, cleanse and nourish the energetic body.
Sadly, this class is not suitable if you are pregnant.
This experiential class is ideal for personal self-care should that be your need. Gift yourself some time to explore this ancient Maya water ritual, to help release deeply embedded trauma and bring harmony and balance to the flow of divine energy within. You will gain a deeper connection with your own energetic system and to the natural world around you.
The Wisdom work as shared in this offering can be practised as a treatment that you can offer your clients, should you wish to incorporate the work into you practice. Especially suited for those who work as Birth Keepers, Doula’s, Soul midwives, homebirth Midwives and Bodyworkers from all traditions.
"Stretching herself too thin she breaks her connections.
Staying too busy, she has no time.
Defining herself only through others she loses her own definition.
The wise woman waters her own garden first."
by Lao Tzu in the Tao Te Ching
