The Prose Poem Writing Workshop
Writing Groups · Adults (18+) · Younger Adults (18-24)
Have you ever wondered what the difference between prose and a poem is? What is prose at all, really? In this workshop, beginners and advanced writers alike will gather to discuss and create around the trending phenomenon of the prose poem. With the inclusion of examples from other Toronto poets, we hope to make this a generative space for writers across genre by prying into this unique, refreshing hybrid form.
This workshop is led by Toronto poet, Sanna Wani, author of My Grief, the Sun: Poems and Lantern: Poems .
