Four-night swing and jazz festival in Bangkok with international bands, guest soloists and swing dance masters
Relive the golden age of jazz with "Swing Era"! Hosted by Jelly Roll Jazz Club, this four-night festival in Bangkok, Thailand (August 20–23, 2026) will transport you to the heart of the swing scene.
Experience the roaring 1920s, the big band sounds of the 1940s, and the bluesy R&B-infused swing of the 1950s. Learn from international swing dance legends like Sakarias Larsson, Frida Häggström Gerdt, Hector Artal, Sonia Ortega, Chester Whitmore, Sing Lim, and Lennart Westerlund.
Two live bands each night will keep the dance floor swinging, including Eyal Vilner, Clapstomp Swingin', Brothers Arntzen, Yusu Jazz Band, and the Thailand Jazz Orchestra. Special guest musicians Steven Coombe and Makiko Tamura will join the bands for jams.
