Super Snap Scape (2 Day Workshop)

This is a 2 x 2 hour workshop and will run on Thursday 6 and Friday 7 August.

Summer Snap Scape invites young people (12–17 yrs) to explore photography, collage, and mixed media through the theme of the five senses.

The workshop begins with a gentle mindfulness exercise to help participants tune into their surroundings.

Participants then take a short riverside walk along the River Strule, safely guided by the facilitator, engaging their senses and capturing images using cellphones or cameras.

These photographs are transformed into expressive, layered artworks with watercolor, ink, and collage materials.

The workshop encourages: •     Creativity and visual storytelling •     Observation and mindfulness •     Experimentation with mixed media •     Group sharing and discussion
