Something Meets Boy, ahem, Moneybones, & Fwifful
Something Meets Boy: A post-punk band from Minneapolis. Focusing on an eclectic blend of happy melodies, thumping bass, and pounding drums. They write songs with a wide variety of topics ranging from introspective substance abuse to a fierce hatred of the corporate environment. The band consists of guitarists/vocalists Kevin Mosher and Tom Blackburn, bassist Conner Gorby and drummer Stephen Legatt.
ahem: Minneapolis powerpop / records and tapes with Forged Artifacts
Moneybones is a rock trio from Minneapolis. They've been playing together for three years with a heavy, melodic sound that owes as much to blues as it does to metal. Their live shows are hard to predict and hard to forget. Tim DeJonge screams but will apologize for it. Andy Keleske rips on the kit. Jake Gau has one mean bass face. They have a single out called "False Faces."
Fwifful: Music.
