Responding Effectively to Conflict

Ongoing conflicts impact our ability to productively interact and communicate with others. Staff from the Dayton Mediation Center will lay the groundwork for learning how to interrupt negative and destructive conflict dynamics through individual and group exercises. Participants will learn values and strategies for responding with greater self-awareness rather than reacting in the moment in ways that turn conflict into crises.
