Reflecting on the First Amendment
Panel discussion at Poulsbo Library on interpreting and applying the First Amendment today
Hear a group of panelists share stories about how they interpret and apply the 1st Amendment in the context of today's political climate.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
This is part of our Sharing our Stories initiative. Book giveaways related to the theme of this event will take place after the program.
Refreshments will be available. Adults of all ages are welcome!
