Join our peaceful corner protest every Friday 10am–11:30am. Enjoy the fresh air and company of others standing up for our democracy, our rights, and our immigrant community. We have a lot of fun getting honks of support and thumbs up from drivers while we display our signs, flags and wave to commuters. We stand for equality and justice for ALL and oppose ICE brutality, the corruption and destruction of our government and economy by Trump and his billionaire allies for their own benefit. Bring a sign of your own (large bold letters are best for drivers to see) or borrow one of ours.
We have a practice of non-engagement if by chance someone of opposing views gestures or speaks to us. We keep it positive! Please, no profanity on signs.
Where: Corner of Del Paso Blvd & Natomas Blvd/Truxel Rd. There is plenty of parking at this retail corner (use the address 4650 Natomas Blvd, Sacramento, 95835 for GPS directions) and there is easy, level ground access from the parking to the corner.
