Native Plant Walk & Pollinator Exploration
Workshops · Adults: 18 and up
Join us for a guided walk and talk focused on discovering native plants in the landscape around us. Participants will meet at the library before walking together to Marian R. Byrnes Park for an outdoor exploration led by a naturalist. Along the way, we will identify key features of native plants commonly found in the park and discuss how they support healthy ecosystems. We will also keep an eye out for pollinators such as butterflies, bees, and other beneficial insects. This program offers a great opportunity to slow down, observe nature, and learn how plants and wildlife work together. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
