My Colorful Emotions

Join us for a joyful, hands‑on workshop where children will explore and express their emotions through art, music, and interactive games. Each child will create their own emotions‑wheel art project and practice calming strategies to support emotional regulation and well‑being. This enriching experience is led by a Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner, Kids/Family Coach, and Best Selling Author/Illustrator.

Designed for children aged 5–10, though children as young as 3–4 can benefit.

This program is made possible by the KCLS Foundation and the Friends of the Federal Way Libraries.
