Mat Yoga - Tuesday

Due to limited space, please only register for the Monday, Tuesday or Thursday session so other community members can attend.

Note: This class is for adults only. Children will not be allowed in the room. Ages 18 and up.

Registration is required. Space is limited; advanced registration is required for each month's series of classes. No walk-ins.

Learn the fundamental poses of yoga. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing.
