Maggie’s Wake is a dynamic band from Southwestern Ontario blending traditional folk with jazz, Americana, and classic country. The group features songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Tara Dunphy (tin whistle, flute, fiddle) and fiddler Lindsay Schindler, joined by Andrew Kosty (upright and electric bass) and Ken Palmer (acoustic and electric guitar).

Their self-titled debut album Maggie's Wake was released worldwide on March 17, 2024. The band has performed in sold-out theatres and received a Canadian Folk Music Award for Best New/Emerging Artist in April 2025.

Sunday October 25. 296 Broadview is not yet fully wheelchair accessible, with stairs between all levels. The venue asks for donations to help make Hugh's Room Live fully accessible.
