Please arrive according to the time on your ticket for a smooth and guaranteed entry. We have a zero tolerance policy towards harassment and prejudice. If you are made to feel uncomfortable in any way, please do not hesitate to speak to any member of staff and we will help immediately. Any unattended drinks will be discarded. Please do not purchase tickets through social media, we are unable to help with anyone who has been scammed. We operate a zero tolerance drug policy. KOKO is 19+. No physical ID, no entry. Please bring a valid form of photographic ID with you to the event (we only accept valid passports, foreign national ID cards, driving licences, or Home Office approved PASS cards as identification and/or proof of age). Last entry 3am. No readmission.

TO PREVENT RESELLING AND UNAUTHORISED USE OF TICKETS Tickets cannot be resold or transferred to another person through third party platforms such as Ticketswap. Only official resale tickets from SEE / RA / Dice will be accepted (ticket name must match photo ID). If you are a House of KOKO member who has purchased a members ticket, please be reminded that these cannot be resold to non-members.
