It's Skyline Time! …or is it Gold Star? Maybe you swear by Empress. Or maybe you've never experienced Cincinnati chili at all. Whether you're a lifelong fan or a curious newcomer, join us for a fun and flavorful exploration of this Southern Ohio classic.

Take a virtual tour of Cincinnati's iconic chili parlors while learning about the dish's history, folklore, and the famous "ways" it's served. Then roll up your sleeves as we recreate our own "secret recipe" version of this beloved dish—and enjoy a sample served the Cincinnati way: spaghetti first, then chili, topped with a generous mound of shredded cheese.

The irresistible aroma will have the whole library wishing they'd signed up! Each attendee will also assemble a spice packet to take home and try the recipe themselves.
