Inclusive Dance Workshop

Inclusive Dance Workshop taking place at the Djanogly Theatre, Lakeside Arts. The session offers an accessible space for people of all bodies and abilities to explore movement together in an inclusive way. No previous dance experience required. Participants will be guided through warm-up, gentle movement exercises and short improvisational prompts suitable for different mobility levels.
