Hassle-Free Mealtimes
Second session of a Triple P parenting series exploring children's mealtime behavior and practical strategies for families.
Join the Triple P Positive Parenting Discussion Group Series, an evidence-based program backed by 35+ years of research, that offers simple, practical strategies to strengthen parent-child relationships and manage behavior confidently.
For parents of kids ages birth–12 years, this is the second in a series of three parent workshops.
This program provides parents with the tools to navigate the complexities of parenting, as well as boost parents' confidence while helping increase the likelihood of positive outcomes in their child's educational journey. Positive parenting leads to healthy brain development and school readiness.
This discussion session explores factors influencing children's mealtime behavior, setting limits, and teaching healthy habits. Parents will learn strategies to increase food variety, manage mealtimes, and create a personalized family mealtime plan.
Prizes and giveaways for attendees!
The workshop is for adults only, and childcare is available if needed. Our children's librarian will have toys to play with in an adjacent room.
