Footsteps Through History: Grève de Lecq
Guided scenic walk with Sue Gorin around Grève de Lecq exploring lanes, valley views and woodland
A scenic guided walk with Sue Gorin exploring the lanes, valley views and woodland of Grève de Lecq
Starting at Grève de Lecq at Seaside Café we will make our way up Mont de la Grève de Lecq into the woods. This land is lovingly cared for and provides access for walkers. The views are stunning and provide a genuine feeling of what it was like to live in Jersey years ago with small lanes and quiet fields. We will then finish by strolling through the dappled woodland of Grève de Lecq woods.
Hopefully, we shall see some of our Manx Loaghtan Sheep grazing the land owned by the trust in the valley floor before we make our way back to the Seaside Café.
Please dress for the weather on the day and wear sensible shoes.
