Flash Fiction Masterclass: Small Stories, Big Impact

Where do good ideas actually come from – and how do you know which ones are worth pursuing? This playful, practical workshop is designed to help you generate ideas with confidence and, crucially, turn them into something with real potential.

Through a series of guided exercises, you’ll explore different ways into a story, from “what if” questions to character-led concepts and unexpected combinations. You’ll also learn how to recognise when an idea has energy, and how to develop it into something with shape and direction. You’ll leave with a bank of ideas, at least one you’re excited to pursue, and a toolkit you can return to whenever you feel stuck.
