Want to test your skills against the other DJs and experience the Back2Back culture? This is an open deck event with a twist: DJs sign up on the night to get randomly paired in a 20-minute Back2Back set.

HOW IT WORKS

All attendees must get a free ticket (DJ or just dancing). Bring ID to be checked by security. Sign up for a DJ slot on arrival using the QR code. DJs are randomly paired by the host. Pairings are made with genre compatibility in mind. Each duo plays 20 minutes, transitioning after 2 songs each. BYO your own drinks + we have some provided by Jubel Beers.

OPEN MEANS OPEN: We welcome anything from house, techno, breaks, electro, minimal, garage and beyond. Genre compatibility doesn’t mean identical styles, blending different sounds is encouraged. Certain heavier or niche genres won’t be paired together (for example, hard techno with Afro house).

WHO CAN JOIN

Anyone, whether you're a seasoned selector or a bedroom DJ ready to play out. Or you don't have to DJ to attend, come to dance, discover new music and connect. This night is about community, creativity and shared energy behind the decks. Share new music, play on professional equipment, nurture your confidence in front of a crowd, connect with like-minded music community, learn new skills from experienced DJs in the room.

IMPORTANT INFO

We can only accept digital DJs who have a USB formatted correctly for Pioneer. BYO headphones. No laptops.
