English Language Learning Student Assessment
Short individual ELL assessment (interview and reading test) to place adult learners and join the tutor waiting list
Assessments usually take place the 4th week of the month on these schedules:
• Tuesday night: 5:45 PM to 7:45 PM • Thursday morning: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM • Saturday morning: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Up to 3 students can sign up for each scheduled assessment. The assessment includes an individual interview, a reading test, and a short tour of the library.
Once the assessment is completed, all ELL students will be added to the waiting list to be matched with a volunteer ELL tutor.
Individuals who do not arrive on time for their assessment will not be able to participate. Please arrive on time.
